Ashram Branches are established with the vision of extending the message of Santhigiri Ashram to the global stage. Their purpose is to share the spiritual teachings and timeless wisdom of the Ashram with a broader audience, contributing to the promotion of peace, harmony, and universal well-being.
The first branch was founded on 23rd April 1971 at Kallar, nestled in the serene hills of Idukki district, Kerala. Since then, Santhigiri Ashram has grown steadily, now encompassing 30 branches across India, along with a rising international presence through associates in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, the United States, and Europe.
A significant milestone in this journey was the inauguration of the Viswa Jnana Mandiram in Kozhikode in 2023. This sacred space stands as a symbol of Santhigiri’s deepening universal message of unity, spirituality, and service.
With the founding of each new branch, a profound transformation begins to take root—not just in the physical landscape, but in the hearts and lives of the surrounding communities. These Ashrams serve as centers of healing, spiritual guidance, and inner awakening, fostering a more conscious, compassionate, and spiritually vibrant society.
